Terrible delivery time

I love the brand but the delivery is too slow. I currently live in Asian and I have come back to Europe twice for 2 weeks each time. Ordered at the start of my stay both times, it did not arrive on time. 8 to 10 business days was not enough.

Quality has decreased

Quality has decreased, sadly. I recently bought 2 pairs of panties and the material is so small that they are giving me a wedgie. I have tried previously other pairs as well but they are all too cheap to add enough material.

Reliable both in terms of product quality and on-line shopping experience. Quite quick dispatch and delivery, unlike other Swedish retailers. Easy returns.

I returned a bra

I returned a bra, but they don't offer a collection from Royal Mail door step collection. Even for disabled people. I got a friend to take it to a post office. over 50 days later I still received no refund. The returns go to a Hub in the UK then sent on to Germany. I will never buy from them online again. Be warned.

Unsupportive Bras...very Unsupportive Customer Services. Never again!!

I purchased 6 bras the same..the right size. Wore 3 of them a few times, washed as per instructions...they were not supportive and thereafter basically unwearable. They refused to take the 3 unworn bras back to resell, as over 30 days since purchase, and had no interest in having the 3 worn bras back to assess them. Patronising and pointless Customer Services....just about the worst I've experienced. If you want a supportive bra which lasts more than a few washes or helpful Customer Services avoid Triumph. I will never buy from them again!...and interestingly it seems almost impossible to leave bra reviews on the website...that speaks volumes as they don't want the negative reviews.

No discount

I ordered online with a discount. Unfortunately it did not fit. Asked if I could change the product? No way, the discount was gone....

Unable to purchase online

Same as review below. Unable to purchase anything from the Online shop. When I click on the purchase button nothing happened, I tried the PayPal option which also doesn't work. Not sure how they do the business with poor functioning website like that.

There is a paid basement parking, you may enter at the front building if the security guard allows it, otherwise, you may enter at the back of the building which is hardly noticeable

Great products that we've been buying for years, but my god do they make it difficult to buy them online. Account not recognised followed by email already in use. Got in eventually, but at checkout, paying by Paypal doesn't work "there is a technical error. please try again" and again and again. There is no telephone order line. You can't e-mail them. The web site isn't compatible with mobile phones (the post code box brings up the numeric keypad). I've been trying to order stuff for my wife (she gave up at the first hurdle) and it's taken me over an hour. Eventually managed it on a laptop following advice from their help line not to use a mobile or Paypal. If you want to buy Triumph/Sloggi, go to a shop. It'll be quicker. Oh, and they can't spell (Ordrenummer?) P.S. The chosen deliverer "delivered" our package to some other house. Nice door, just not ours.
