Great Place to Work
Pros: Burnett is a great place to work and learn. Everyone is very supportive and dedicated to their work. | Cons: Not many cons, but sometimes the office is really quiet since a lot of people work from home most days.

Pros: I have absolutely loved my Burnett experience. I have been able to learn so much and enhance my resume along the way. Michelle is always lovely to work with! She is encouraging and informative! Best experience I've had with a recruiter! | Cons: Would like to be sent on more opportunities. Also offering education /training to be profitable would be a great benefit.

Wonderful Recruiters
Pros: I'm a current temporary worker with Burnett while I'm taking a break from my regular career to pursue self-employment opportunities. I've been working with Michelle, a Burnett Manager, who has been so helpful. She understands my criteria for temporary versus permanent job placement. I highly recommend Burnett if you're looking for temporary work or their guidance with a permanent job. | Cons: I really have no issues.

Burnett is the Best!
Pros: I am happy to say that I’ve been working with Burnett Specialists for eleven years now, which speaks to the wonderful experience I’ve had with their team. My main contact is Michelle Waldron and she has been my staffing “angel”. She takes time to listen and understand the type of roles that best suit my skill set and personality. I never have to wonder if I’m walking into an unsatisfactory role because she always sends me on the best assignments with top of the line corporate environments and professional, friendly people. It is convenient for me because I never have to travel far for my assignments and Michelle keeps me in my requested pay range. It is a pleasure working with her because she always has a friendly demeanor and if you meet her in person she welcomes you with a smile. I have recommended several of my friends and one client to her and she was able to help them as well. I would give two thumbs up and gladly mention Burnett Specialists to anyone needing assistance with their job search or companies looking for quality candidates. | Cons: Not applicable for this company

Burnett is a great company to work for!
Pros: I have been a part of Burnett for over ten years, and it has been nothing short of amazing. Sue Burnett leads by example and is a true supporter of all of her employees! She creates a collaborative environment where everyone can succeed! | Cons: The only downside of working for a staffing agency is downturns in the market/economy which actually has nothing to do with Burnett as a company.
