Specialty Answering Service picks up our overflow and after-hours tech support lines. As you can imagine, they handle people calling with everything from the mundane to the absolutely panicked. The operators are always professional when handling these calls, treating our customers with great care. We’ve structured a system to guide operators to collect the right information for us to prioritize calls, so everyone is served expeditiously. To arrange that customization, we’ve had to interact with their support team. Every time we’ve dealt with them, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure that our needs are met and our clients are happy. A+.

This answering service with SAS is a hi-end department of well trained professionals. I personally use the service to make my small low-level business appear gargantuan to its new clientele. By having SAS services handle our internal inner workings, the staff only needs to manage the important calls. There is no doubt we have a corporate office atmosphere. Before it was only a person answering a cell phone without a professional etiquette. Specialty Answering Services make running my office with a grade above the rest.
