Specialty Answering has been great for our business and so easy to work with. They answer our phones at Symank Energy on nights and weekends and get us the messages in minutes. Courtney C. is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

SAS is a fantastic company which promotes the highest levels of customer service. I've been a customer since 2020 and I've always had the best sales and service staff interact with me. Taneice helped me today and was amazing. She handled at least 4 separate issues for me quickly and easily and was quick to follow up with an email outlining what we changed and added onto my account. I have all praise for this company. -Jeff

We're so glad we switched from our primitive answering service to Specialty Answering Service! Their web-based dashboard and mobile app makes staying in control of our own account really easy. We especially appreciate the script builder section where we can make sure the reps are asking all the questions we want them to ask. Support is immediate and really helpful, a small detail that really means something in a world full of bad customer service. We really appreciate their approach in putting as much importance on customer satisfaction as we do when we personally answer the phones. Highly recommend!

Our apartment rental company has been a client of Specialty Answering Service for about 8 years and we are very happy with their customer service team. They are very responsive whenever we need to make changes to our information, literally taking care of updates in minutes. They provide reliable answering service to our tenants outside of our office hours, and have handled all calls perfectly since we started working with them. We also find their pricing reasonable and fair. I can highly recommend Specialty Answering Service!

We are a digital marketing agency and have been using SAS for the past three months. I'm so happy with this service. They screen all our calls, and have saved us so much time and hassles having to deal with spam calls. They've also been really helpful in building out instructions for their team to ensure that each call from either current clients or prospective customers is handled in the right way. And I love that they are always aiming to improve -- every time I suggest a new way to handle calls, they immediately implement the suggestion. This is a great, very personalized and affordable receptionist service for small businesses.
