I have the best service
I have great service. Very rarely do I have an issue with my service but when I do they are very prompt about getting it fixed. Pricing of the service is good. I have been a customer for over 25 years. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for internet and more.

The customer service rep made my experience. He heard me. He understood the problem and made me feel validated and important. He took my issue which was about to financially break us and fixed everything. Kept us with the company and saved us from the Xfinity scam we got looped into.

Excellent Customer Support
The Customer Support representative was knowledgeable, courteous, professional but most of all attentive to what I was talking about. I was having a billing problem. I was being invoiced for more than I had been promised I would be. She (the representative) checked the short history of my payment record and rectified my billing amount to what I had been told I would be paying. As a relatively new customer, I was very pleased with the result of my call although this was my second attempt to get the problem corrected with the billing department.

Home office fiasco
The service tech, Ben , was great! But dealing with the home office and getting the fiber to our house took 10 months and was a complete miscommunication fiasco. I don't know how Kinetic stays in business with such confusion and broken promises.
