Low Pay Low Leave Credits

Pros: Their hiring process is fast. | Cons: You can only get 4-5 leave credits per year. They'll give you 200pesos thinking it's nice as a birthday present or their Godly for that 200 pesos. Y@w@! Their benefits suck compared to their competitors. RUN! They don't care if you don't get lunch break as well. You are required to work 8 hrs shift with only 2 sets of 15 mins break. Their CEO thinks she is amazing and all that but she is an exploiter and can't be trusted. Their team says they have training and all but training was only copy and paste from other sources. INFRINGEMENT!

LinkedVA provided excellent service, support, and performance across all of our business objectives, and I recommend their services. All of our requests were met, communications were excellent, answers were provided, and response times were fast and efficient. Five stars, without reservation.

Pros: 1. The management is very welcoming to newcomers, and the HR team is friendly and accommodating. They even speak our dialect during the interview. 2. The Team Lead is approachable and always ready to help. 3. Overall, the management does an excellent job in handling Virtual Assistants. 5. Day Shift available | Cons: More Growth Opportunities – It would be great if the company provided more training or career advancement programs for VAs.
