Good place to start
Pros: Flexible working hours and fully remote. You get to meet clients from across the globe. Payment is made on time. | Cons: Clients can ghost you randomly even as soon as two weeks on working on a project. The company needs to provide more support it's freelancers. The pay is too low especially for experienced professionals.

Pros: It’s good for starters in freelance and have more clients but the range is low | Cons: The range is low, sometimes they cut your time on the clients for some problems and you cannot work. So you can't work, enter hours and they don't count you hours to pay you
