If i could give a negative star i would max it They never helped on everything Inconvenience happened to us. none of it got resolved. The most horrible customer service worst than a bank. Not even exaggerating. Stay away in this company

Second comment - DEAS also lies!

I already left a comment to which DEAS replied by 1) blaming me and 2) saying they fixed the issue, they didn't. Honestly, just a dishonest company, do not trust them, do not go alone to the keys handover. Don't get into business with them, they will scam you! Dear commenter below, I have been trying to get your support since April. After you transferred the issue to me, you have only responded through this platform, without offering any solution. Very unreliable company

Improperly charge and response time is one week

The average response time is one week. I was charged improperly for a notice fee. To exchange a parking space took me 1 month and still ongoing.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They charge extreme money for everything and the quality of the property is not great at all. When I moved into one of their apartments, the heating did not work after some time, I had to change a tap, I had to ask for a new TOILET, because it was leaking. After I fixed everything, I moved out, because they charged me for nonsense. It was a student accommodation and the deposit was definitely not student friendly and I got back one third of it. 12000DKK for painting the walls and renovating floor, which was not new when I moved in. When a lawyer saw their administration and invoices, she was surprised how messy everything was. Communication was also terrible. Email was answered once a week and no one ever picked up the phone.

Despicable Business Practices

Their customer service line is a premium number, meaning on top of any rate you may be paying your phone provider to make calls, you are charged an additional fee to call DEAS. Of course their customer support usually takes a few tries before resolving your issue so this is just rubbing salt on the wound. Incredibly greedy company, look elsewhere for residence.

Contract breach with move-in date

We signed a contract to take over a student apartment for September 1 (start of school year) but the person who should deliver the key is on holiday so we can't get in until September 3. I needed to pay 1500 kr to have a place to stay if I want to go to my first 3 days of classes. At first they were not helpful then they resolved the issue with compensation for the inconvenience.
