The best company/agency so far

Pros: 1. The company exudes an employee/VA friendly atmosphere. 2. From interview to training to client placement, the ones I've talked with are very friendly and approachable. I am with a client, 3months now, but the managers are still approachable. So I can attest that this kind of "managing" is not only at the start. But they are consistent with it. 3. PAID leaves, easy to shift schedule in case of emergency, or you can use your PTO credits for it (paid time off) 4. Has HMO + 1 Dependent 5. Permanent WFH 6. There are multiple clients and they have fast placements - for voice and non voice clients. 7. Yearly increase based on performance. 8. Salary goes straight to your bank account - no deductions for third party pay apps. 9. Salary pay out is ALWAYS in advance. | Cons: It is quite hard to get in - but it is Effin worth it! Salary is quite smaller than other agencies, but it is not that bad since they have annual increase and they give the full amount of bonuses and such.
