Ginger Desk has been an effective solution of all of my admin assistant needs. They are highly organized and on the ball, and have systems set up so that you don't have to be reliant on one VA (when your dedicated VA takes a holiday, they have a replacement so that your admin needs are met). They are a good choice is you don't want to deal with admin issues at all, and instead just be a clinician.
