I’ve been a customer of All Day PA for over 5 years now. We run a small letting agency and they take our calls over night or when we cannot get to the phone. They’ve been fantastic. They have the ability to make decisions and decide whether the job can wait or if it’s an actual emergency and they need to wake me up, very handy as it means I get extra sleep.

I had a call from them I thought I was a spam they I decline it then they left me a voicemail saying they looking for pearl but that's my cat my cat would not make a inquiry

We have worked with AllDayPA since we started our business in 2017/18. We never had our own secretarial resource, it was always outsourced to AllDayPA. Their service has been excellent and consistent over the time we worked with them. Their portal allowed us to update our availability and messaging as necessary. Would definitely recommend their service.
