Pros: If you know what you are doing, everything goes smoothly. | Cons: Losing the best employees because they can't pay up a little more, and then hiring new people who have no idea what they have to do for double the salary of the previous employee.

Pros: Good management, good people and culture | Cons: low salary, low yearly increase. if you're sensitive with the ph inflation, I suggest look for higher salary, think wisely with the offers. usually newbies get discourage when they are officially deployed in the prod area and talks a lot how low the salary was offered to them compare to others

Pros: There is nothing to say good about the company. | Cons: Everything. They promised about job security turned out to be false. The company hired us for a project, but when the client took it away, they had no place for us. One day, they assured us that they were working on placing us in different projects, giving us a sense of job security. The next day, their response was completely different—diplomatic and lacking any sympathy or empathy. Then, without warning, they asked us to go home, saying they would contact us if any opportunities arose. However, the very next day, without any prior intimation or even a phone call, they simply sent an email stating that we were relieved from the company because the client had taken the project away. It was highly unethical—no one from HR even bothered to call. We had to reach out to them ourselves to understand what was happening. They expect employees to be 100% ethical and transparent, but they don’t uphold the same standards. Our Team Leader (TL) always expected us to communicate everything, but when it mattered the most, they failed as a leader—no call, not even a simple text. The Manager also failed to communicate. For an entire month, we felt like fools, sacrificing our time and energy for nothing. This company has no job security, and the management is the worst. HR is incompetent and cannot even perform basic calculations without making silly mistakes. If you receive a call from this company, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a more stable and professional work environment.
