When they answered my phone calls, they never got complete information and even gave me wrong phone numbers to call back. When I decided to cancel the service, because it was not helping me, I could never get in touch with a person. They kept charging me and never returning my calls. Their customer service is terrible, do not use them.

Clementine has a GREAT online message portal that tracks all activity on every call. We love the assurance that we never miss a call, and all the data needed is at our fingertips. No more worries about call handling!

I'm pretty biased but I love this company and what they stand for! If you need a company to manage your communication, filter your sales leads, or manage emergency situations when you aren't available, Clementine is your answer!

person spoke somewhat imprecisely and with southern accent; clearly not based in Michigan, where the company is based, or in Boston, where my practice is, and unwilling to tell me where she was, or admit she was not in Boston or Michigan. She did get the word out to my doctor but this was hardly the type of service you want in an emergency. If people are answering calls long distance, they should at least admit that, and learn the local speech and doctors. They should speak slowly and carefully.

We've had Clementine as our answering service for approximately 1 year and are very happy with the responsiveness of the administrators and the consistency of the answering service providers. The are very pleasant providers and answer the calls according the procedures we've laid out. I also appreciate the online features including being able to review the call log and manage our contact list.

Great answering serivce. Very attentive to the needs of the individual client. We are a multi-specialty medical group and each of our practices requires just a little something different and Clementine has been extremely accommodating. They also react very quickly to any issues that might arise.

I changed from answering service that our company used for 30 years and changed to Clementine. I could not be happier with the Clementine answering service, terrific response on our after hours call and they make sure every call is handled properly. Excellent reporting, tailored to the way you like to see your documentation. Would recommend using Clementine if you are new to the answer service needs and/or changing from another.
