The service is decent
The service is decent. However, there is little to no control in screening calls. Call volume estimates are rarely accurate and you wind up paying hundreds of dollars past your plan coverage in overage fees. I’ve since switched to a much easier interface that is coupled with an app that allows more user control.

Answering legal helped me land clients that I otherwise could have missed. As a solo practitioner, I'm always on the go and I can't always directly answer the phone even though I wish I could. Really Great Service

We have had some current clients not be thrilled about the number of intake questions to get to us, but overall, a great service and has caught lots of new clients for us that would have moved on without AL's service. KY law firm here.
