having nothing to being able to support my family
Pros: SV served as a bridge for me to go from having nothing to being able to support my family's needs and wants. Since this company clearly permits us to get a client even after being declined from the previous one. I'm not sure if I would still be trying to bounce from application to application if SV wasn't there. In contrast to other independent contractors, I am eligible for HMO, which has been quite helpful in covering my medical expenses. As a leader, I have gain a lot of learnings that can I can share to my team. These learnings had been very effective since I have got a lot of commendations from clients back then even get some bonuses. | Cons: Slightly low payroll costs. I have been with SV for almost three years now but I was only appraised once.

Pros: * Flexible work schedule - my client and csm were very amenable when I am requesting for certain schedule to work due to an important event I need to attend. * daily engagement activities comes with cash prizes and there's monthly townhalls to engage with the whole SV employees all over PH * Project Genie program helps SV colleague in need like for hospitalization bills, death of love ones, and other serious conditions that needs financial assistance * I get to work from home like literally work at home and do other stuff after work | Cons: Since most job openings are on contractual basis it's understandable that it's a no work no pay policy.

Start Virtual Journey
Pros: For more than 2 years of being part of the family. I witnessed and experience how Start Virtual Family provide all the necessary help I needed for me to improve not just at work but as well as to my self in general. From training to endorsement to coaching as well as feedback are so helpful in so many ways. I cannot find a better family than Start Virtual. | Cons: There is no such things as perfect family. I had experience as well so many challenges in so many ways but from CSM to OSM and even co VA has helped me become a better me in every aspects not just at work but as well as in my daily life.

Amazing support system
Pros: There is an amazing support system that will help you with your journey in Start Virtual. Good environment and easy to reach out to your leaders. Have monthly meetings/town halls to keep you up to date with whats happening within the company and fun games to go with it wherein you can wish cash prizes. | Cons: Your client won't be with you forever, there are some that will stay for a couple of months only which will result to a floating status, however it won't take long before you start again with a new one.

Positive and supportive company culture
Pros: The management has been very supportive ever since I set my foot in this company. Starting from recruitment up to the managers as well as the founder, you'd feel their support by recognizing your hard work as well as celebrating milestones. Aside from that, they always make sure to help you achieve your goals by offering new opportunities like upskilling or just by simply giving tips and techniques to be better in doing the tasks. I love how the team works together to make our clients happy and always help find solution to every issue or concern that we dealt with. A very great support system that will truly motivate you to work harder. | Cons: Lower base pay compared to other agencies or companies.

Pros: Working with start virtual opens a lot of opportunities for me, I was fortunate to participate on their free training on how to become a VA back then, and that's start of my WFH journey! | Cons: You have to work a night, but the good thing is you are just working at home.

Pros: I'm always grateful working in this company. It's hard to transition working from corporate to a virtual assistant but Start Virtual make it easy and give me that opportunity to enhance my skills. Considering this is my first VA job, I seriously learned a lot from the training team & StartVirtual management up until I got a client. My first ever client & CSM( Team Manager) as a VA in StartVirtual is still my client & CSM up until now. We've been working together for almost 10 months and will be having our 1 Year working together this coming month of May. I'm also thankful that Startvirtual is not just taking care of our clients but also taking care of us as their employees. Teamwork makes the dreamwork. | Cons: None, I could think of, considering that I'm working with them for almost 10 months now. Start Virtual, my support manager and the management has always been flexible and helpful to me.
