Pros: The company operated more smoothly under previous leadership. Before the leadership transition, there was stronger oversight, clearer expectations, and more consistent operational management. Many experienced leaders were removed during restructuring, and since then, both communication and execution have noticeably declined. | Cons: This organization has gone through multiple name changes — from 1Path to AMRR to MBG, and now Alliance Global Solutions (AGS) — yet much of the core leadership has remained the same. While rebranding may suggest progress, many internal challenges have persisted. Advancement appears to be influenced more by internal relationships than by merit or performance. Accountability is uneven, and departments frequently lack the support needed to meet company goals. Transparency and communication across teams are also inconsistent, which often impacts morale and execution. Advice to Potential Applicants: Approach with caution. There is very little room for professional growth, and you’ll likely be held responsible for goals you’re not given the tools or support to achieve. If you value stability, fairness, and a culture of development, this may not be the right environment.
