Great experience
We have been working with We Are Working, specifically Andrea Paulse-de Wet, for over six months and they have been absolutely incredible. FAR beyond our expectations for a virtual assistant team, they have transformed our work processes, fully taken over most of our repeatable tasks, and made our work more cost effective and efficient. They are 100% reliable, ask great questions, and document all their processes. We LOVE working with them!

Great Place to diversify your portfolio
Pros: - Flexible schedule - Decent Pay - The management listens to new ideas and implements them as well. - There is always something new to learn | Cons: - Constant monitoring through an activity based software - Fractional work (you don't have a set schedule)

Pros: Management Staff are fairly nice, willing to assist | Cons: Executive Staff don't care too much about the staff, only get involved when they're losing money
