booking trips works well here

I like that there are multiple langauges. Staff was helpful and understanding. Website doesnt look like it was made in MS Paint, and the entire process is smooth. I found them just through google, they were one of the top searches, and now can see why. Others have bad reviews and bad scores, everywhere, and this one doesnt.

Holiday in India

We asked connections to help us make arrangements for our trip to India. As we had little to no experience with such far away travels, their experience was very welcome to us. With only half a travel plan in our minds, we walked into the office in Mechelen. Half an hour later, a clear picture was made on a potential trip. Over a handfull of mails, we finetuned the activities in the itenerary and voila ... that's all it took to put our trip together. We're very happy about the trip we've made. Also about both the preparation and the follow up they've done on the trip.

Trip to New York

Booked a 5-day trip to New York via the agency in Mechelen. Communication via email was super-efficient, quick responses, good tips, clear instructions. Contact in person when picking up the travel documents confirmed the warm & friendly approach. Price/quality was perfect for us. Nice hotel (Arlo Midtown) close to Times Square. I would book again with Connections.

3 week trip to the USA with the family

We booked a 3 week trip to the USA visiting several cities with a family of 5. Connections was extremely helpful is structuring the trip and helping us out choosing hotels and car rentals. Their online trip itinerary was also very helpful. I'm very happy with the experience working with them and would definitely recommend them.

Canada - amazing

Second time that we book a trip with connections. (Three years ago Vietnam) Now we went on a roadtrip trough West-Canada. It was amazing. Birgit from Connections Mechelen planned it perfect and gave us tips on what to visit, what to plan in advance,... Would recommend it!

We did got an offer om Januar 29

We did got an offer om Januar 29. We replied within the hour and the price went up from 555 to 579 €. We were being robbed within 1h. What kind of policy is that? PS: it was a hotelreservation without a flight

Very satisfied with the services of travel agent Connections

Based on the program I saw on the website, I requested to discuss a trip with an agent who had been to Bali. She gave good advise and set up a nice one week road trip for us, including local guide and driver. The hotels were wonderful, our guide did an excellent job. We were very satified with the quality of this trip. Only minor issue: it was not really clear to us how it worked with all the (online) visa and paperwork upon arrival at Bali airport. We had paid tourist tax on beforehand, but upon arrival we still had to pay for an entry visa. Something was mentioned in the papers we got from Connections, but it was still all a bit confusing to us.
