Pros: You get to work with very great clients. | Cons: Micromanagement: There's a noticeable tendency toward micromanaging, which can sometimes dampen creativity and autonomy. Compensation Gaps: The pay seems quite low compared to what clients are charged for our services, making it feel like employees aren't fully valued. Open Office Dynamics: The open office setup often means a lack of privacy, with everyone seemingly in each other's business all the time. Bonus Structure: Bonuses are only given after a year with the same client, which feels unfair for those who work with multiple clients throughout the year. Limited Growth Opportunities: It feels like there aren't many avenues for career advancement, which can be discouraging for those looking to grow. End-of-Year Benefits: Receiving these benefits seems to depend on the mood of HR and the CEO rather than clear criteria.

Pros: Half of your lunch is paid for | Cons: You can be fired anytime for doing nothing wrong. And also if one of the heads doesn't like you then you are out. Decisions are made based on feelings and not skills. Terrible salary
