A company who fires ppl on a whim. Edit: While I appreciate the acknowledgment of the effort invested into training, I respectfully disagree with your assessment. I approached the role with a genuine desire to learn and contribute, and I did my best to engage with the guidance provided. However, from my perspective, the expectations and feedback were at times unclear or inconsistent, expecting to memorize all in just 2 weeks, making it difficult to fully meet the standards you were looking for within such a short timeframe. Being let go after only three weeks felt abrupt and didn’t give me enough opportunity to adjust and improve. I would have appreciated more transparent communication regarding firing people if they didn't do it right the first time. especially considering the steep learning curve in a new role. 3 weeks is not enough to prove yourself and yet they just made a decision just like that as if I'm not paying mortgage or any bills.

Things have changed with our company several times over the last year. the staff has been responsive in updating and cooperating with our changes. I have had not complaints from my customers. This is in comment to Dr. Cudihy’s review above. Let Us Answer asked for details, here they are. We called Dr. Cudihy’s office, the Let Us Answer staff answered, your employees gave us the on call Dr.’s general office number which sent us to voicemail. We called back and told your people they are giving us the office number, not the after hours number. We asked them to contact the Dr. and call us back but they just gave us the same office number. Either the employee working that afternoon is incompetent or simply did not care. We had a serious event going on and needed to speak with a Dr. Fortunately for us our GP Dr.’s answering service performed flawlessly and the on call Dr. called within 10 minutes. Let Us Answer can defend themselves all they want but for a family in a tragic situation, their performance was horrible. I applaud Dr. Cudihy’s efforts to get the word out there, we don’t want this to happen to another family in need. I was the one on the phone, I have “the details”.

I was profoundly disappointed to discover that for the past year I've been paying them to relay my patients concerns to the doctor covering me when I'm not available, they have not been doing this. Instead, to my shock, they've simply been telling my patients that "Dr. [X] is on call and here is his number to call." The number provided after hours is nothing more than a daytime office number with a recording. Absolutely appalling! Even when my patients calls back, instead of finally relaying the patient's message directly to the on-call physician responsible, they merely provide again the same useless number to a closed office. They've had the designated physician's direct numbers yet still refuse to correct their process by contacting the covering physician in the same manner I am contacted. Clearly, the owner does not understand the applicable laws nor the needs of a medical practice. She should no longer market this business to medical practices. I absolutely regret doing business with this company and would strongly advise any physician against hiring them for answering service.

I try to teach them better. At Let Us Answer they strive to do their best and be the best. I know from experience and it was a memorable one. Lastly, There are always 2 sides to every story so naturally negative reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. If you are looking for employment or needing their services for your business, I encourage you to reach out to them yourself before judging any companies reviews based on only the reviews.
