Great environment
Pros: I've been with IQ BackOffice for 4 years, and I can say that it’s a place to grow both personally and professionally. The company's culture creates collaboration and inclusivity and it is easy to connect with colleagues across different teams. Also, the new office is spacious and designed for comfort and it provides a great environment to work in. The bosses are not only welcoming but also highly approachable. They genuinely care about their employees' well-being and development. Overall, my experience at IQ BackOffice has been fulfilling, and I look forward to many more years of learning and growth. | Cons: Limited training and learning opportunity.

Salary and WFH set up
Pros: They have day shift or mid shift, but it depends on the client that you were assign. Some department practice work life balance but not all. | Cons: Some specially the GL were required to render an overtime for more than 9 hours either you like it or not. Toxic management depends on department you were assigned.

Poor Management, Overworked Staff, Excessive Working Hours
Pros: None I can think as of my writing. | Cons: The higher management is poorly organized and sometimes unresponsive to employees’ concerns. There’s a clear lack of direction and leadership, which has created a stressful work environment. The staff is consistently overworked, with little to no consideration for work-life balance. The workload is excessive, and there seems to be no effort to address these issues, leading to burnout among many employees. Moreover, favoritism is rampant. Certain employees receive preferential treatment, whether it’s lighter workloads, more opportunities, or recognition, while others are left to struggle. This has created a toxic atmosphere where hard work is overlooked in favor of those who are in management’s good graces.
