Garbage interview
Garbage interview. I had a telephone interview initially for a marketing role and she wanted me in the next day. I arrive and she asks me for my experience all over again as a “reminder” because she forgot which I don’t buy. And I explain again and I offer to show her my portfolio with my work. She ignore my question and couldn’t wait to get me out the door. Weird. I’d just avoid time wasters like this.

Do not engage with this company for…
Do not engage with this company for provisions of any service. In our experience they are awful. Whilst the call centre staff are good, management are lacking in any redeeming feature and they are not worth the fees they charge. Shop around and go elsewhere. There are plenty of companies who offer the same service without the appalling management that you will have to endure if you sign up here.

We have worked with CallCare for over a decade both as a Vendor and a Client. We genuinely couldn't ask for anything more from them. What's particularly good is their continuity when it comes to staffing. I am working with the same Team I started working with 10+ years ago. Highly recommended.

Poor after sales care. Incredibly slow to respond to script updates - 3 months for one minor change. Unfortunately had to choose another supplier mid-contract.

Good onboarding, terrible aftercare
Good onboarding, reasonable value. Post implementation the communication was terrible; emails went unanswered, calls unreturned, and basic changes to scripts took literally months to do.
