Wrongly charged again...
"Your 5G mobile broadband costs 169 DKK/month after the campaign period ended on 30.10.2025. Unfortunately, we can no longer offer this price. This means that your 5G mobile broadband will cost 169 DKK/month until 31.12.2025." - message from Turgay Legal Assistant| Customer Care Yesterday (01.12.2025) I got charged 198.35 DKK for my 5G mobile broadband, after warning them in advance that the number was wrong. No reply back then, no reply now after being wrongly charged. This company is a joke. They should be a textbook case study on how NOT to treat customers.

Was lied to by the salesperson
Was lied to by the salesperson. - No e-sim for smartwatches - and no free calls from Denmark to other european countries. Moved to their service a month and a half ago for these perks and today I found out that the sales person blatantly lied about them. The employee on support said they can't do anything about it. A waste of time in my case, I need to go to yet another provider. Be careful with the promises they make.

The place has its own ethics. The one who has to enter will have to remove their shoes first and then be able to go inside. The whole inside idea is fully carpeted. The staff is professional and very helpful.
