Pros: None that I can think of. | Cons: Management lacks proper skills and leadership Favoritism and hiring bias based on religion Dress code rules are too strict and influenced by religious standards No proper training, employees are often expected to figure things out on their own Poor communication and lack of transparency across teams Unfair hiring practices — qualifications don’t seem to matter; even those with less experience or education are hired for the same position as degree holders Low compensation
