Do not order if you need delivery within 2 weeks
I placed an order 10 days ago and was told 5 days delivery. When I called up to see what was happening 10 days later, as I hadn't had any update, I was told my order was delayed due to the Christmas/Black Friday rush, and they had no idea when I would receive my order. I asked if I would receive updates, I was told I would not. I would be told when dispatched, which would hopefully be in a couple of weeks! Very, very poor first-time experience. Cancelled my order and got the blinds on Amazon for much cheaper (3 days delivery custom made)...

Hi I bought blinds for the back they were so good I bought similar for the front and both times the service was amazing I could not fault them great communication professional and very friendly they went the extra mile thank you so much I will recommend Mrs bakewell

Good quality and great customer service
My order was a bit delayed but customer service team sorted things quickly so received my blinds next working day. Is was easy to install blinds a quality is good. Highly recommend

Website makes it easy to order, just choose which design and you just need to carefully measure your windows and they do the rest. These easy fit Venetian blinds fitted perfectly, I just adjusted the tension and clipped them in. I am really pleased with the whole process

I ade a mistake with my measurements
Made a mistake with my measurements - the replacement came three weeks later. Fortunately I paid extra to cover this incase. Great product easy to fit Just measure three times and you'll be fine! 😅
