Transparency
Pros: Everyone on the team is extraordinarily communicative and honest about what's going on and why. | Cons: Being a small company which operates with contracts for clients AND employees, the hours aren't always consistent, but this was made clear to me before I was hired.

Flexible Work Environment
Pros: Working with this company has been incredibly positive, offering flexibility in hours and location makes a huge impact on my life/work balance. Not having to commute and being able to choose my hours boosts my productivity making it nearly impossible to get burnt out. | Cons: Working with this company does include a lack of social interaction due to being remote. Working in a contract environment can lead to inconsistent work hours and no employment benefits like health insurance and paid leave.

pay ok
Pros: pay is ok, that's about it | Cons: management, meetings, and work. it's tedious and stressful.

Waste of money
Pros: Thier contracts are so poorly written they are easy to get out of | Cons: Total scam, hire underqualified minimum wage workers to do all the work while they bill you $80/hr. "Recruiters" don't even know how to do the grunt work because they pawn it off to teens. The executives that you meet in the initial interviews will lie straight to your face that they are doing the work themselves just to bill you double the hours they are working. Can't believe someone hasn't sued these women.

Very unprofessional company
Pros: You will learn the ins and outs of recruiting and be able to work directly with clients at the junior recruiter level which will prepare you for a job in the way of professional recruiting. If you are only focused on getting experience to go work somewhere else and accept an offer from them then you better have thick skin because these women are going to chew you up and spit you out. | Cons: CEO - very unprofessional, will talk about employees behind their back, if she doesn’t like you she will systematically plan a way to get rid of you (forces you to quit), treats contractors like employees when they truly work under their own name, will never admit fault, complete narcissist. CFO - basically the CEOs yes person, they are best friends so they spend most of their meetings trash talking who they don’t like. She is notorious for calling people out in a condescending manner in public chats that the entire company can see. The flex recruiting manager/managing partner is a two faced woman who will act like she cares about you and then turn around and make up lies regarding your performance as part of the CEOs agenda to get rid of people she no longer likes. She is very snake like and does a lot of the “dirty work” when it comes to employee relations and runs HR so lets TONS of illegal decision making happen. This place is run like a boot camp and the entire senior management team is a complete nightmare. You will be treated poorly these people have no value whatsoever for their employees and will run you into the ground. They will also force you to go to a company team week which they do not cover 100% and do not pay you for the time it takes to travel. I paid hundreds of dollars out of pocket to attend. They make it mandatory for everyone so if you don’t go they will find a way to get rid of you. They will also hold it during the week of 4th of July and do not care about you missing time with your family for a major holiday that most companies give their employees off.

An intentionally different company
Pros: Transparent, flexible, able to create your own schedule, competitive pay, lots of training and development opportunities, lots of employee recognition, always challenging. | Cons: Very intense pace, not for anyone looking for an easy job, not a good place for someone who wants to have autonomy or is very private, not a good place for anyone who is being dishonest about the work they're doing remotely.

Many Opportunities for Growth
Pros: challenging, recognition of job well done, opportunity for growth | Cons: No cons in my opinion
