Good depending the company you work for
Pros: If you work for a good client, then is good. Remote | Cons: Micromanagement (software to monitor time and pc activity) Payment is low (depending on the client) You have to wait at least 1 year in order to get extra benefits (Medical Insurance( You have to use your personal computer

Comfort Zone - not goof if you want growth
Pros: Payment on time, job security, experience with companies based in the US - overall, a good place to work, benefits based on Mexican labor laws. | Cons: Salaries are not competitive and depend on your client. They often sell you for "less" as a virtual professional, resulting in numerous communication issues within the client management team and the rest of the organization, and benefits allow for more to be desired.

Good remote option, but only to an extent
Pros: You get full benefits by Mexican law. | Cons: The salary is differed. The company get the direct payment from the client and gets a high fee for it. They don't adjust the salary when the dollar increased its price (collect in dollars and pays in mexican pesos). You barely know anyone inside the company, all contacts are remotely.

Pros: Great place to get experience from the american client. JUST AND ONLY THAT. | Cons: Anequim will turn a blind eye with pay raises or any help from their side. Download your paystubs and any proof of employment. They will blindside you once youre let go by the American Client. BEWARE!!!

Good company to start.
Pros: The people are kind and always willing to teach, they also take good care of you if you are having a rough time with a client. The best thing Anequim has is its people, they are the best coworkers ever. | Cons: They say they will upgrade your pay every year, however, RH never updated their system or whatever and that wasn't reflected on my pay - like, never. They are not professional regarding payment and that's a big flaw this company has done nothing to correct or improve.
