Worst company to work for
Pros: Grateful for colleagues that have become friends | Cons: Management is terrible. They treat employees as if they are doing you a favour with their take it or leave it attitude. They have a very dictator like way of doing things. Instead of heeding employees concerns they issue written warnings on a daily basis for trivial things to instill fear. When the company is not doing well, Instead of asking for ways to improve they would rather come in first thing in the morning and threaten every one with written warnings. We have superiors who lead with emotions. Instead of upskilling agents who are struggling they issue them with multiple warnings and then fire them. Benefits should be given equally but are given to some employees and they only rectify yours if you find out and enquire. Disorganized payment system, as every month you receive a salary slip you have to query your salary because they will surely not pay you for all the 'compulsory overtime' you have worked (then you wonder what the point of submitting your hours that are verified by the team leaders is) The list goes on.

Feels like a prison
Pros: Nice from the outside. Nice garden to escape from the unnecessary pressure | Cons: The list can go on and on but first this company their technology is 0, everything is on a hard copy. Request for leave you need to print out a paper, payslip you receive in an envelope If you are someone who doesn't like black and white this place is not for you, atleast 3 days in a week you need to wear that If you have a sort of mental health is this place not for you cause you will get a breakdown You get a warning for everything
